It could be because I had a super awesome week last week or because the woman in me wants a break, this week has been cutback week.

Even though I could be faced with a cutback week on the day of the Marathon, I’m listening to the voice this time and going with the ancient wisdom that my body needs rest. My legs feel refreshed and I have no doubt they will get moving when I try some miles tomorrow or Thurday.

Tomorrow starts with getting my legs moving and some upper body strength.
