Given that I have improved quite a bit since Spring, I’ve also been
obsessing thinking quite a bit about my pace in the race. All sorts of permutations and combinations being worked out. I’m actually planning to attempt a tryout at this weekend’s 21 miles at a better pace than I always thought I would run at.
Nerves – not as much. Lack of sleep is not allowing my brain to process the nervousness. I know I can do this.
