In a bit of a Shock

In a bit of a Shock

Last night at Zumba, about 40minutes into it I had a pain on my shin/side of inside calf. I’ve had this on and off for 2-3 months. It’d hurt just a little bit once in a while, I’d go to my Chiropractor and get adjusted/cold laser and I’d be fine. We’ve always thought it was because of my super tight calfs.
