After spelling my general goals for the next few months this wasn’t too long coming, was it?
All I want to do is – Run at 12:30-13:00 instead of 13:00-13:30.
Physically, I know am very well capable of it, but running long and slow has made my body comfortable with running long and slow.
At this point, it is matter of training mind over body because running long and slow has made my mind comfortable with running long and slow.
I don’t know whether the key is to change my run/walk intervals and paces of those. Or to give up run/walk strategy altogether and get to running straight out.
But I want to get to a point where I can run 12:30 comfortably over 12+ miles.
That is all.
