Pinspiration Wednesday – Breathe Through It

I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed for the past two weeks. The usual life of a wannabe supermom, working full time and adding in training into the mix (sloooooow training, which doubles the time spent on the activity).

The beginning of the week, I made a post about being exhausted and overwhelmed. While a lot of advice was to cut down on things, one of the best from a fellow supermom in training mode was – “Breathe”. I can’t cut down on activities (not for the next 2 months!) or cut down on my training or cut down on the quality of work, but I can breathe through it.

This too shall pass.

  • I LOVE Pinterest. I often wonder how anyone planned a party, did their make-up or hair, did crafts, got married, or made a recipe before it came a long! HA!
