My body protests
I woke up the day of the long run with a sore throat.I struggled a bit during the run, physically and a little mentally.Sunday, full blown head cold and body ache. Had to drag myself to a birthday party and I ended up with a headache with still half the day to go. My body is creaking and protesting the upped mileage. It was ok until 12 miles.
