Brian Heck – First the bad: it was 90 deg with 70% humidity (99 heat index). This was my 5th run back since I took a 2 month break to rest my feet. Didn’t go too well. But I wanted to run for my best friend who can’t run at all right now.
The good: I finished. I didn’t die. Best friends are amazing!
Time for a beer.
