10 Mile Run in Solitude  Gorgeous, isn’t it?It was absolutely peaceful and ethereal. And a run that gave me confidence that with some proper training, I can get to that 2:32 prediction. I ran the entire distance, most of it with the other solitary runner, at an easy conversational pace of 12:45.

Forecast called for thunderstorms at 12noon. Hoped that started at 7am would let me beat it. Almost …. Rain for the first 3 miles, but got poured on for the last 3 miles. Exhausted – I was tired all day Saturday and Sunday after my 16.something miles in hilly Buckhead. As I lounged on the couch, I realized that I’ve been exhausted way more than I realize.
