Christmas Eve was my 4 year “runniversary”. What better way to celebrate than with a run with BRFs (and by having a giveaway. Don’t forget to enter the giveaway for some great prizes)! Although I would have liked 12 miles, I cut it short at 5 since I wanted to do crossfit as well!
I started back at Crossfit after a 2-3 month hiatus (sickness, vacation and more sickness), just in time to celebrate the 12 days of Christmas. They made sure that we pre-burned all the Christmas dinner calories!! I lasted only until round 10. I could not do the pull-ups without assistance to put my feet in the band and I was too exhausted even after that. They gave me a pass since it was just my 2nd class in a long while.
