On Christmas Ev, 4 years ago, I took my first running steps out of fear that I would not be able to complete my first race – a half marathon 12 weeks away. At the same time, I started this blog to document my thoughts. Never did I think that those first steps would stay with me and carry me to 4 years. Running and me have had our ups and downs, but after the first year, it has been more of ups than downs. My “I hate running” posts have turned into “I love running” and have also gone a step ahead into “I might want to try this triathlon thing a bit”.
