The Get Fit Atlanta group runs on the Silver Comet trail and occasionally we get to see some wild critters. Not as dramatic as the Armadollio, but today’s was a tiny little dead snake on the trail and a little bunny. Overall a good 11 miles as my fallback mileage (I love running “only” 11 miles!). Good average pace, but baaaaaaad chaffing on my bra-line 🙁 A seminar meant that I got to see people from other pace groups too!
Will this make my feet go a little faster? Not 2 extra sets of munchkin feet, but the pedicure with a flower painted on 🙂
