Went out for my first proper trail run with the husband on this windy, but nice fall day. It was great for the first 0.5miles, until I went down! I must’ve stepped on slick leaves and lost my footing. And now have a badly swollen ankle. Not sure if icing is going to heal it for Saturday’s 9 miles.
