Looking Forward Monday – BERLIN
Just one one or rather one photo for my looking forward Monday. Ok, I lied – many photos tell the story! That’s what I am looking forward to, even if I have to wait until Saturday to fly out.

#YouWillBeFound “So let the sun come streaming in‘Cause you’ll reach up and you’ll rise againLift your head and look aroundYou will be found” Have you ever felt emotionally breaking down for absolutely no reason other than a song, a song that you may have heard may times in the past without that extreme reaction? I didn’t even have this reaction on watching DEH live or when Hugh Jackman performed it so wonderfully. The song somehow found it’s way into one…
First full week of school. The heat and humidity is back with a vengeance. The weekly mileage is creeping up.My runs were hodge-podge but I did get all my miles in but could not get in any lunchtime bootcamp this week. In my quest for the WMM as a personal challenge, I figured that…
It is hard to imagine that it was only 8 short years ago that I took my first running steps. 8 years ago, I was nervous about it, I thought I was going to die while running and I hated it when I finished the run. I used to run alone with my eyes firmly on the ground and not looking up to anyone crossing, and I’d be dressed in all cotton T and baggy cotton capris, preferably black or grey. And…
