A runner who has just finished a good session of intervals and doesn’t drink beer a.k.a The FauxRunner. That’s who.
Ironically – the fastest runner in our group, and the slowest runner, me, asked for chocolate milk instead of beer. Wish sharing a common recovery fuel made me atleast half as fast as him!
