I started out as a complete newbie without knowing anything about running or triathlon or fitness. I just wanted to get through my first race and the blog was started as a sort of diary. In these 6 years, so much has changed. I’ve learnt a lot and I continue to learn. I’ve learnt to look beyond just one race and look at it as a ongoing journey.
Here is a comprehensive list of all the training tips and articles I’ve written on running and triathlon.

There is also a more comprehensive list of race reports from a lot of athletes, course videos, the famous “potato chip experiment” etc at that Augusta Half Ironman Page on my blog.
