When one has a birthday coming up, what does one do? Run or ride those miles, of course! 

I had the BEST possible start to my once-in-a-year day with a special ride of 39.39 miles and run of 3.9 miles. A ride that was made even more special by a rare appearance by coach who patiently rode with me and pushed me to ride faster than I’ve ever gone before or even thought I could. And a run that was a good compliment to the ride.
